I work mainly in Seminole county and as the market has been down it is refreshing to see all of the new activity that has sprouted like spring itself.
Many buyers are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the “bottom” or best price. I have been telling my clients that with the prices of homes being so low and the interest rates being the best they have in a long time, that the time to buy is RIGHT NOW! I firmly believe if you are thinking about purchasing a home in our county right now and you put it off thinking that you will wait for some better pricing or better interest rates, you are probably going to regret that decision. I feel that next year at this time buyers will be kicking themselves for not acting sooner.
More Good News!
This morning it was announced that the jobless rate went down for the first time since January. Great news!
